2. Shipping Timeframes & Processing

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 10–15 business days after payment verification.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Depending on your location and courier, delivery may take an additional 10–15 business days.
  • Custom Orders: Personalized or made-to-order jewelry may require extra processing time. Our team will notify you of estimated timelines during order confirmation.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

We work with trusted logistics partners such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Blue Dart to ensure secure and timely delivery of your order.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 10–15 business days (charges vary by location).
  • Express Shipping: Faster delivery within 7–10 business days (additional fees apply).
  • Free Shipping: Available on domestic orders above ₹50,000 (if applicable).

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details. You can use this information to track your shipment in real-time.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees based on the destination country.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your shipment is delayed, please first check your tracking details or contact the courier.
  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team within 15 days of delivery attempt. We’ll assist in resolving the issue promptly.

  • Recipient Signature: For security reasons, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
  • Incorrect Information: Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. Krivon Jewels is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Restricted Locations: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses due to logistical restrictions.
