Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all certificates, labels, and tags intact.
- A return or refund request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged during shipping or has a verified quality issue.
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or refunded unless it arrives damaged or defective.
- Items showing signs of wear, resizing, or customer-caused damage are not eligible for return or refund.
How to Initiate a Return

- Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.
- Return Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trusted, trackable courier service.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the item, our quality team will inspect it. If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 10–15 business days.

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or a manufacturing defect.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal).
- Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties or import taxes paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.
- Exchange Option: If you prefer an exchange for the same product, we will ship the replacement after the returned item passes inspection.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
